Ingredients:
1 can Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce 425g
1 can Tuna Light Flakes in Oil 185g
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Mashed Black Pepper Dash
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Diced Spring Onion
4 pc Jacket Potato
10g Butter
Method:
1. Mash the tuna by a fork. Add in lemon juice and mashed black pepper. Mix well with mayonnaise to become the tuna paste. Set aside.
2. Wash the jacket potato and wrap by foil paper. Bake it in a preheated oven at 210℃ for 45 to 60 minutes. Slightly cut a cross on the top and press it inwards.
3. Spread with butter and use a ice-cream scoop to stuff the tuna paste into the jacket potato. Pour baked beans on the top and sprinkle with diced spring onion. Serve hot.
