PRAWN BAKED BEANS SALAD

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g prawns, deshelled and head removed
  • 60g Ayam Brand™ Pineapple Cubes
  • 100g Ayam Brand™ Sweet Cup Corn
  • some salad vegetables
  • 1 can Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans Light in Tomato Sauce 230g


SEASONINGS

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice

 

MARINADE

Marinate them with some salt and pepper for about 15 minutes.


FRYING

Heat the pan with some olive oil and pan-fry the prawns until they are done.


MIXING

Mix the baked beans with the seasonings of 2 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice.


PRESENTATION

Place the prawns on the salad vegetable and serve with some pineapple, corns and baked beans
