- 2 pieces apple
- 100g walnut, roasted
- 1/2 Ayam Brand™ Sweet Cup Corn
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Tuna Light Flakes in Water 185g
- 2 tablespoons Alce Nero Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Alce Nero Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Alce Nero Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard
First of all, prepare the dressing for the salad.
Place the mustard in a bowl and add in a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir in the lemon juice, the sugar and the vinegar.
Stir well until the salt and the sugar are fully dissolved.
Add in the olive oil and mix well.
Reserve the dressing in the fridge.
Shred the washed apples using a mandoline.
In a salad bowl, mix gently all ingredients well together with the dressing.
Decorate with a few sprigs of parsley.
